Security is not a feature, it is the foundation. Every receipt, every sign-off, every byte of data is protected.
Encryption in transit and at rest
ClarAccord uses HTTPS in transit and relies on its managed hosting and database providers for encryption at rest. ClarAccord is not end-to-end encrypted.
Sub-processors that see your content
If you upload audio, a transcription provider receives the file. Email delivery sends the receipt content to Resend. Optional AI drafting sends transcript text to the configured model provider.
Single-use OTP codes
Recipient acknowledgement codes are randomly generated, time-limited, and rejected after a final response has been recorded.
No data selling
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. Service providers receive only the data needed to run their part of the product.
Managed infrastructure
ClarAccord runs on managed application and database infrastructure. We do not offer an uptime SLA or guarantee. See the Terms of Service.
Account data controls
Export tools and account-deletion controls are available. Contact support for access, correction, or deletion requests described in the Privacy Policy.
